I received a quote from Blue Mercury financial services for vehicle insurance with Discovery Insurance. After explaining the policy I asked them to please send it to me in writing. I received a quote in writing and found that what was explained and that what was the truth were 2 different things. I contacted them and asked them to not continue with the policy and confirmed it in writing. <br> <br> They continued with the insurance and the money was debited from my bank account. I contacted Blue Mercury but Mr Lucian Govender responded that \Why would I give my banking details to them?"<br> <br> This is absolutely shocking"
