Rude sales agents, should review my business with Doscovery
How does Discovery affiliate themselves with this company. Your agent calls me, the moment I stated that I am not interested she just hangs up the phone. No etiquette and it appears to be just fine like that. If this is how you represent Discovery then I might need to revisit my existing contracts with them. Really poor

No etiquette and it appears to be just fine like that. If this is how you represent Discovery then I might need to revisit my existing contracts with them. Really poor

Only interested in sales, otherwise the service is dismal to non-existent
They phoned me to sell Discover Insure to me. Unfortunately I agreed to do so. They promised on the sales call that they would cancel my existing insurance on my behalf. They never did that. I ended paying for insurance twice. When I raised this with them, they said they will call me back, they dont. Several times I had to follow up with them and call them back to resolve this issue. I ended up having to cancel my own insurance because end of the month came up and I didnt want to be double billed again. I have requested my sales call recording several times and they have been messing me around regarding that as well, saying since the insurance was cancelled that I am not able to get the recording. Again I have to follow up with them the whole time.
