Lies

<p>I was sold an insurance policy that Blue Mercury was/is brokering.</p> <p> </p> <p>Promises were made, regarding cancellation of my then current policy. This was not done, and so I was billed for two insurance policies for the same item. Then when I phoned to sort it out. I was expected to phone around and sort it out myself. Now this might seem like a small issue and probably is. But if you sell something with promises, they are part of the deal that was sold. And to not follow through and then expect the customer to sort it out themselves... Sorry this is not good business. </p> <p> </p> <p>This has resulted in me forever labeling Blue Mercury as SPAM, and will be treated as such.</p>
