I was contacted by Blue Mercury financial services by a person by the name of Emanual. They never call at the time they say that they will call you but I went along listening on how they can give me a better insurance cost option. I read about these guys before agreeing to anything - they seem to have a history of bad business. I agreed to deal with them theinking that they would have some credibility, being an accredited DISCOVERY agent. I requested the policy in writing which they reluctantly sent. I did not agree with the final quote and asked for confirmation from Emanual and his supervisor Muhammed that I will not get billed for something that I clearly not accept. Low and behold on 01 Aug the debit order went through. This is *****!
