Harrasment

Blue mercury phones me on a monthly basis to sell me insurance from Discovery. Do to the fact that I am already a Discovery Insure client, I have on several occasions asked to be removed from the contact list, bit sure enough, I get contacted every month, surely this is in contradiction with the popi act and can be classified as harassment! WHAT MUST I DO TO STOP THIS INSANITY!!!!????
