You will not ***** my hard earn money

I bought electricity yesterday and I’ve been trying to redeem the ****** voucher multiple times with multiple phones just to get the voucher , now this call center agent has the nerve to tell me that I didn’t try to redeem it …why would I be reaching out if I didn’t have an issue ????

This level of customer service is pathetic …I worked hard for the money I earn and I will not go down without a fight . I’m either getting my voucher or my refund.
