Very Bad - Not truth system

They don't give you all info, just say you will get a voucher, not saying they will Bill you Makro account, then week later when I cancel, they tell you it takes 30 days to cancel and they will refund, then refund does not come through after 60 days, you call and they email you, we can't refund you, and then still bill you, now 30 days is 30 days, so why after 90 days they still bill ever after it took 60 days to cancel...they need computer and staff that can count.
