Useless company

If I could give them a 0 rating I would.What Mickey Mouse company are you running?You close a perfectly working and rica SIM card for no apparent reason.One agent told me to buy a SIM card which I did and when I called back to be assisted with the sim swap,I was told by another agent that there was no need to purchase the SIM card and that they will reopen my SIM card within the next 24 to 48 hours.The call centre song for all companies.Its been 8 days and I still don’t have any help.Nonsensical ,uselesss and redundant company.
