Unsatisfactory service from Blue label Communications/Invegtu

I had a contract with this company that I finished paying for a long time.I have been looking all over for this Invegtu company they call themselves at my bank.When I eventually found them the sales assistant who handled my query decided to not call me back as she promised.Firstly I am not happy with the fact that I paid for 2 Sim cards which I had I have never used because 2 of them belonged to 2 different people that I don't know.I called cell c several times to query why the numbers did not work and they said the numbers did not exist on their network.Even now the numbers are being used by those people.I have paid a lot of money and even now they are still debiting my account.I want my refund for the money I paid for over the years even when my contract ended plus the money I paid for the SIM cards contracts that I couldn't use.I contacted them via email and telephone since the 7th of September even today my query doesn't get resolved and the consultants always promise to call back & they don't .It is like they were trained to lie and end up ignoring their clients.I am so frustrated R399 is a lot of money to be debited just like that.
