I received a phone on Wednesday I was told by the agent I qualify for a Samsung note of R10 500 for 34 months at R450 per month on receiving the phone it turned out to be a ulefone cash value of R3000 how on earth can I pay 3 times the value the Sim isn't even working cell c says its not registered when calling I was told ill get a reply in 72 hours no reply as yet they said the Sim card will be activated in 3 days so this fine is useless to me anyways and it will effect my credit profile so all in all they are ****mers lies and I agree customer service is of no use I'm going to every platform but im not paying R10 500
