SELL YOU A PHONE AND THEN CHANGE THE PRODUCT!!

Great sales pitch! Very bad after sales service(or should I say NO AFTER SALES SERVICE) I contracted with them to get a certain phone, when the phone malfunctioned, they collected it and sent me a phone totally different, with entry level specs - its called a uleFone (actually meaning MULE PHONE) slow as a donkey and not worth giving to a child to play on - I call literally every day and get a perfectly pitched - reply "I understand your frustration" ask to speak to a manager "the managers always on training, lunch or in a meeting" I will never recommend this company to anyone. I paid and signed for a car but was given a wheelbarrow to say the least! how disappointing!!! to say the - but quick to receive the debit order payment every month - never a call back from management - I am about to send the phone back and cancel my debit order. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BLUE LABEL CONNECE!!
