Poor service

Poor service. I concluded a tablet deal. They said it is a Tab60, 11". But when I received my device it was a 6.8". I emailed them disputing the device. No response. I called them twice, they said they will investigate. It's been a month ago. But when it debit date, they called me. I said I cannot pay for the wrong device. Till now they haven't come back to me. The device is still sealed, nothing has been used
