Paid up letter not sent

Complaining about the unprofessionalism that the call centre agents has I have been dealing with them regarding the paid up letter I requested after settling my debt they all make empty promises I was told 24 to 48 hours last week already on 29/02/2024 nothing called sometime this week something was repeated, I'm really not happy even before settling my arrears they were debiting my account anyhow they felt like it's notes on their system is not updated they are very unprofessional it very disappointing...
