NONSENSE

I purchased electricity on the 17th of Feb and have been trying to retrieve the voucher since. It’s been a month with MO SUCCESS!! The sales agents have been giving me the run around and till now, I haven't gotten my refund/ voucher. Highly unprofessional. Stay far away.
