Horrible contracts - great service from 1 person

I really dislike this company - I have been having issues with this phone forever and they say they gonna come back to you then they dont. I keep calling and I keep escalating the same issue. Today for the first time I came across 1 person: Gaositwe who has at least given me options and who was so nice on the phone - a pleasure to speak to. Pity you work for a such a horrid company
