Give back the money
Company uses lockdown as an excuse to not help you,I phoned them 7 times cause they took money that doesnt belong to them,via standard bank app so standard bank S.A just says sorry we cant do anything phone them and your just supposed to take THAT lying down now ways we PAY taxes and we pay bills and banking fees so give back my money or i go further with this,i bought electricity of R50 when they only gave me R30 of my purchase spend so im short almost 20 units of electricity
