Debit order

I have contract with blue label and I'm paying 449 on a monthly. Everything was fine until they debited the amount of R449 twice this month. Why??? Because R449 went off my account on the 20th of December? This is totally unacceptable and I want my refund as soon as possible, nobody told me that this amount will go off twice this month
