Blue label seems like a ****

On Wednesday the 14th of May, I received a cellphone which was offered to me from an agent (Jody) from RCS. The agent offered me a black Samsung A05 for R145 pm on my Makro Credit Card.

I received a Blackview A52 Pro, which is the incorrect Cellphone, so I called RCS who transferred me to Blue Lable and spoke to Delilah (ref number : CP***) and she supposedly cancelled the contract and arranged for someone to collect the cellphone.

Today is Friday, the 17th of May and the cellphone has not been collected yet. I called RCS this morning and the agent told me that the contract still seems active, and blue label will be taking R299 every month. This was not the amount I agreed on.

This seems like a **** and I will take legal action should this contract not be canceled immediately and the phone not be collected asap.

I tried calling blue label this morning and they are not available.
