Blue label connect

I sent in my phone for repairs 5 months ago and every time I call in they tell me they waiting for the factory to get back to them,even if I talk to the supervisor,they tell me the same thing.my subscription is paid on time always,they charged me too much for a phone that is only valued R1800,but I am paying R439.00 Every month with 50 minutes airtime, my phone was on warranty when I sent it for repairs,now a year has passed.this company Blue label connect is not a honest company to deal with.
