Blue Connect couldn't care less!!!

I changed my debit order date in Nov 2024 via email. Until this date, I've been repeatedly ignored with my debit order going off anything from the 28th of every month...I'm beyond disgusted with the customer service and competence of this company...they don't listen. Today I was left stranded because, when I recieved funds to get home, C-connect just took the debit order early again!!!

Useless bunch of people!
