Be careful of Blue Label working with RCS.

I am absolutely disgusted with the manners in which Blue label poach RCS customers. Four weeks ago I got a call from your agent. She mislead me into believing that I would get a cellphone and only pay R239.00 per month. She didn't give me the model of the phone and any other details. She hurriedly completes the application. She failed to tell me that the entire amount of the phone would be taken off my available credit. When I called into RCS this morning they advised me that BL has mislead many of their customers and that BL took off the entire amount of aroundR3999.00 from my available credit. Furthermore, I recalled yesterday that an agent called me regarding this phone. I forgot about it had I have no correspondence of any sort regarding this application. Also no delivery to date. I called BL yesterday and spoke to another agent Evile, and he also failed to tell me that there was a once off deduction. He also said I will only pay R239 p/m for 24 months. I phoned in to cancelled but then he said the only reason I didn't get the phone was because the agent didn't capture my address. Blue label is clearly misleading the consumer. There has been no cellphone given to me yet the amount has been debited on my store card.
