bad service

i took a cellphone contract with blue label connect , have called several times to get my account updated ,settle and close the accoount but all the time they say they did not receive a payment ,i have sent the pdf proof of payment several time but they still say they did not receive it -and my accounts are debited ,very angry ,the phone stopped working and it was been on and off all the time ,so i need this account to be closed and a refund for my money
