Wrongfull billing

I have been using RMCS sim card for over 5 years now and I cant get help cancelling the contract I spoke to a couple of consultants saying that they have cancelled it but I am still paying for it even now. Hellopeter please assist me since I can no longer carry on paying for this contract since I asked them and they refuse to assist.
