Wrongful charges

SMS and data charges on my Edgar's account that I didn't approve. Been stopped after many a call with Edgar's but to reverse I apparently have to speak to Rmcs. Called on Thursday and yet to hear back from them, despite promises of 48hours. Bet they will call once when I am in exam and then never again... Awful service and this all for something I didn't even sign up for. Crazy.
