Worst service ever experienced people look out for this ********!!!

I have a cellphone contract according to Vodacom with these guys and you just dont get hold of them even if you phone them they dont answer. Even the Edgars close to me say the cant reach this company. All the Edgars Managers say its out of their hands. Why the hell do they offer this to their clients if there is no follow up service!! All i want is to cancel this *******!!
