Worst decision of my Life😡

I have changed from one bank to another, and I have accepted the Debi check on my new account. But now they are deducting from both accounts. How are they allowed to do this. Worst cellphone contract ever and the Device ( Cubot ) what a piece of s****, they are quickly to sell you this wonderfull phones while on the mean time its the worst phone ever. And then we are not even Talking about their call centre or the billing department, they say they will escalate the matter and then nothing happens, No call back, Nothing. This is very very bad service. If I could cancel this contract, I will do it with a smile and I will also advise no one to ever support them at All.
