Worst company to do contract with

I took out a contract by them when the phone arrived it was not the phone they said. I reviewed the phone and it was bad. I phoned them and asked them to cancel the contract and pick up the phone as it was still sealed in its box. they collected the phone and but they still put there debit order throw and every time I must stop it and phone them and every time I get the same answer they will look into it. Now they put my name on black list for skipping payments why must i pay it if I don't have a phone. They are the biggest worst company they don't know what they are doing, I want them to take there name of by blacklist or it is going on for 5 months there courier collect the phone,
