An utterly useless and *****ulent company.. My phone fell (Screen didn't crack as it had a screen protector), but suddenly had stopped charging till it eventually died due to inability to charge. Contacted Blue Label for repairs.. Suddenly the phone has a screen crack.. there's also suddenly liquid damage.. From where when the phone was in working condition apart from the charging issue..? It's clear this company just wants to take people for a ride and always just wants to charge charge charge and not help the customer in terms of customer service and upholding the repairs.. Finding non-existent issues to ensure they do replace the device
