Worst Cellular provider in RSA

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They double debit your account and you have to wait three weeks for your money. I had the Nubia music phone for 1 week its not working and they refuse to replace it. They say it has to go for repairs what *******. How must I be without a phone. Stay away people and don't waste your money.
