Worse service ever

I called in Monday advising them about my lost phone, I was advised that someone will email the forms in order for me to obtain the ITC reference. I even informed them that I used the phone for work, I have been calling them and I keep on getting different stories. it is like they don't know their work, this is a shock to receive such service.
