Worse service

I logged a query on Tuesday after buying prepaid electricity and not receiving my token , Ref Gn**********3-87513, to date no feedback instead I've been the one called and requesting for feedback and updates. I called on Thursday and told they need my RCS card number, after I gave them,they told matter has being escalated .I call again this morning and it's the same story " we need your card number and the matter is being escalated".

Game and Rcs also passes the buck . Worse service i have had so far .
