I had written a review before regarding the fact that blue connect deboting my account and have not collecting their device. To date they have not collected the device and now is affecting my ITC payment profile for they are no longer permitted to debit my account. They have not cancelled the contract. I do not know how else to get sorted for they do not answer my queries and not getting their device collected.
