WILL I EVER GET ASSISTANCE FROM RMCS WITH A SIM SWAP

<p>This is my 2nd complaint regarding RMCS not assisting me with a sim swap, they delivered a wrong sim card and when I asked them about it,they didn't say anything. I'm being told that Themba Nokoyo/Precious/Tebogo are the people who needs to assist me with a sim swap and I'm not getting any joy from them. Whats frustrating me is the fact that someone else is busy using my lost simcard using my own airtime and data. I don't want to deal with RMCS anymore, they must cancel my contract with them and revert back my number to MTN prepaid. I want my number back.</p>
