Why are you ripping people off, just refund please.

Several emails have been sent regarding cancellation and to this day, there has been no response.

I have been calling and sending emails with no response.

Money is still being deducted off a person's payslip whom I assisted with taking out a cell phone contract with Blue Label Connect.

The contract should have ended this year in June/July however no one can seem to provide answers to why they are not stopping to take money from her payslip or even provide a response on email.

I have made several attempts to reach the people that assisted us when they were giving out contracts however no one has come back to us.

Our HR department has advised the company no longer has a contract with them so they cannot advise why this is still happening, can Blue Label Connect please refund all the money they’re still taking and cancel this contract.

This is over R2000.00 that has been taken and is still being taken with no communication as to why this is happening. Why would you rip a person off like this and out your company name in disrepute like this. This is money a person works for and i cannot seem to provide any feedback as to why this is happening nor can you guys.
