WHO THE HELL IS RMCS?

Firstly I did not know of this company till today when all of a sudden my cellphone had no service. I was with Cell c but when this happened and I called them they told me my number is not with them anymore they gave me a number to call. I called that the number the lady I spoke to was rude and sounded clueless, she told me that I will receive a call within 24-72hrs on what number I dont know because the reason I called through was to find out what is going on. I am disgusted that RMCS gives consumers contracts without their consent. I have called and emailed but no response. I want my number back and i want this to be cancelled I have not signed any contract with you so sort this out.
