Where's The Phone..???

Been waiting now for a long time.. I keep getting told my application is in the "confirming employment stage" and that's since last week already.. It can't take so many days to call and find out if someone is working for a specific company.. I had decided to give your company the benefit of the doubt as I need a new phone and your company was willing to let me get one.. But now the countless excuses and same feedback or no feedback from your company is really getting annoying now..

I'd like to know what's happening with my application as I will definitely not tolerate being debited for a product I do not have.
