What the hell is RMCS

My prepaid number has been converted to some contract by an unknown company claiming to be Vodacom.<br> Now all my calls are being blocked and there is no caller id. I called the Call Centre and spoke to an agent by the name of Sharon who was so rude and did not know what she was doing...This is really pathetic. I would like this company to contact me within 24 hours or else I will take legal action against them.
