What terrible service!I want my number back!

Firstly my number was converted to a contract which I did not authorize. I called in an attempt to get a sim swap and have it sent back to cell c. A very rude agent told me I can only bring 1 query at a time and that I should call back once my SIM swap was processed. I was given a 24 hour turn around time. I called back after that time lapsed and after holding for almost 10 min was told that the turn around time is 48 hours. That has lapsed also and I have received no feedback as promised and the call centre number no longer seems to be working. It's an inconvenience and a recurring theme given all the posts here. Please return my number to pre-paid ASAP.
