What a terrible expe...

What a terrible experience am having with their HTC E6 plus .. the consultant sold me lies about the phone saying it's the best phone ever and its new on the field.. The phone is bad very bad can't connect to some networks.. . Can't play music without stopping it's just freezes..even watsapp, tick tock is worse can't open or you get a vedio playing half then it goes on halt..it's not even 4 months since I bought it.. it's taking away my peace I did sent communication by email till now no respond they only call when they wanna debit the money..nje
