What a bunch of useless arrogant idiots. Cannot tell you why they are deducting money from your account. cannot read a reference number without cutting you off. Dumbest I have ever come across, shouting and joking in the background , can hardly hear the consultant who is joining in in between while on the phone with a customer. I want my money back *******.
