WAITING FOR SIM SWAP LETTER

MY name is Simon Mkwa**** (number need to swim swap ***1)and i am on vacation in Nelspruit and i lost my phone and the insurance replace my phone and i advise that in order to get a swim swap RMCS need to furnish me with the letter <br> I attended Jet Store in Hazy-view and requested them to lodge a query so i can get a letter so i can do swim swap and i was advise yesterday mid day that they will contact my wife on *** as they were told that they need to contact me first for what?maybe they know, in the meantime i don't have a phone while i am waiting for the process and i dont know when they will issue me with the damn letter so i can use my phone<br> I went to Edgar's at Hazy-view again this morning same stories were told, this is so annoying now i want the letter and if i dont get a letter i will post another complain until the matter is resolve as i am moving tomorrow as well around 10 am to Highveld also here in Mpumalanga<br> my name and id no: Simon Mkwa**** *** and i got this contract airtime as i am a Edgards customer<br> Please contact my wife and tell me when i am getting my letter period
