Vodacom Sold Me Out
I hate that Vodacom is giving RMCS a ***gy back ride at our expense. I am apparently on an RMCS contract and Vodacom does not want to take any responsibility I was told to call a 087 number or visit my nearest Edcon Store. I was at a Jet and as expected no one knew what I was talking about and I had to wait for I don't know who to do I don't know what. I did a balance check and was told I owe R50224.00 what the H*ll? Please cancel that nonsense contract so that I can port my number to another network that cares more about their clients than Vodacom.

10 Oct 2019, 22:39I would like to thank RMCS for their speedy and professional response I have yet to check if what they describe as a "Subscription for Free airtime" and NOT a contract as Vodacom consultants call it, has actually been cancelled. I believe there's a miscommunication issue between them both as they claim to be affiliated with Vodacom yet Vodacom consultants claimed that it has nothing to so with them but with Edcon.
I am really sorry I did not get the lady's name who called me from RMCS but I was impressed with how she handled it all. Thank you
