Vodacom Cell changed to Contract without consent

My cell number stopped working. My daughter phoned Vodacom on my behalf and she was told to deal with RMCS. When we called RMCS we were told that my cellphone number has been suspended due to a contract that has not been paid. I have no idea who this company is and how it is possible that I have a cellphone contract with them as I do not work.
