Voda prepaid converted to rmcs witout my concernt

My phone just stopped showing incoming caller id, i thought its my phone settings. I called vodacom after not succeding to fix this problem. When i called voda they told me they cant help me as it shows i have a\ contract with rmcs\". Never heard of these people and my phone is a prepaid. Voda gave me this no *** to call the rmcs. When i called a Ntokozo answered and she said my number doesnt appear on their system and she doesnt know why voda says i have a contract with them, she the logged a query with *** .. im so angry because i cant even see who is calling me because of this ****."
