Very very upset and disappointed 😞

Hi guyz, I had a problem regarding blue label connect, which promised to resolve my matter concerning the company called Nimble Group, which claimed that I owe them R8000 as they represent blue Label Connect, and I'm not owing blue label a cent and blue label **** to me on the platform saying they will resolve this matter urgently, and this is affecting my credit score as this Nimble group now is appearing on my credit score owing them. Please I need help
