Very very disappointing

Every months its the same thing. Debit orders going off and then I get calls saying I didn't pay the account. Got a message stating the the services will be suspended due to know payment. This is the last time km complaining. I am going to stop the debit orders now and pay into the bank account every month due to other people's incompetence. I have now 5 unpaids on experian cause they are not doing their jobs. This is reflecting badly on me now. Please don't ask me to send proof of payment do your jobs and go look for the money like you found all the other payments. Your services is the worst of the worst and you want to run a business. I won't recommend any one to do business with you
