Very unhappy customer

I took out a contract with blue label conect .I asked the lady repeatedly if the the first installment will go off in April Month and she said yes.The phone was delivered the 24th of March and guess what my account was debited on the 31st of March.People don't take out contracts with them please they are misleading you ,just to get you to take out a contract with them.I called them on the 31st March and they apparently told me my money would be refunded if the lady said that the installment is due at the end of April.Today the 3rd of April I called to inquire how far they are with my refund to which the rep**** ,I received the phone on the 24 of March the installment was suppose to go off the 31st of March because I received the phone already.Please people don't take contracts out by them.Im very upset.
