VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I have opened a contract with them and then a few months after purchasing – people will call me and I could not here them, I called and called with now luck , after I skip paying the first installment I had my first call from them – I said to them I am so glad u said that calls are recorded because ive been tried to get hold of you for weeks now and I explained to them that the phone is faulty etc , they asked me to keep it with me as they wil sen courier to collect until now now when picked it up and they put a negative on the credit bureau – please where can I complain about this people that ****** people out of their dignity and money?

Every caller after the first one said we will collect the faulty phone mam “ on recorded call as they said when they start calls”
