Very disappointed customer cellphone contract

I'm very disappointed in blue label connect What happened was I app**** for a contract phone according my specifications upon receiving the phone through their courier on the 10 May,I inspected the device only to find out it didn't fit all my requirements on this point I phoned into their call centre and told them I'm unhappy with the phone and that I've decided to cancell the phone and that they should fetch the device on 12 May on which I was told that a courier will be fetching the device....up until now they haven't fetch the device and even though I cancelled my contract they proceeded to debit from my bank account....I really need this matter resolved ASAP this isn't right I would like a full reimbur*****t and for them to fetch the device like agreed I've been making numerous calls and not getting any positive response from blue label connect
