Very disappointed

blue label connect has bad service i have never experience ever in my life. They said they cannot fix my cellphone. I have two options to still repay for the phone even though i don't have the cellphone or upgrade and pay an additional amount. For the past two months i have been paying for a cellphone that i don't even have. Tomorrow it will be the third month paying. Still i don't have the cellphone. Its so painful.
